How do I cancel my RepOne Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions, find RepOne, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open RepOne, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
How do I delete my data?
All workout data is stored on your device. Go to RepOne Settings → Reset All Data to erase everything, or simply delete the app. For data held by third-party services, see our Privacy Policy.
The AI Coach isn't responding — what should I do?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-quit and reopen RepOne. Still stuck? Reach out via the chat widget below.
